economic and social development. President and owner, Catherine Lang has worked
in management and consulting for over 25 years. In collaboration with colleagues
and associates across Canada, Catherine engages funders, community based
organizations, academics, networks and emerging community groups in evaluation,
program design, knowledge creation and enterprise development. She is
co-researcher, with Sue Calhoun, of the Canadian Women's Foundation's Girls
in Canada report. In 2006, she co-authored Innovation Pathways: Tools for
Rural and Northern Community Innovation. Cathy holds a Masters degree in
Adult Education as well as a BA in Sociology and Philosophy and a Bachelor of
